ÚČASTNÍCI SMLUVNÍHO VZTAHU
Společnost Apartmány Florian s.r.o., IČO: 27121917, DIČ: CZ27121917, U Trezorky 921/2, Jinonice, 158 00 Praha 5, společnost zapsána v obchodním rejstříku, vedeném Městským soudem v Praze pod sp. zn.: C 97919, je provozovatelem Apartmánů Florián (dále jen „Apartmány Florián“).
Objednatel – fyzická či právnická osoba (dále jen „Host“).
SMLUVNÍ VZTAH
Tyto všeobecné obchodní podmínky (dále jen „VOP“) platí pro postup při uzavírání smlouvy o ubytování a upravují všeobecná práva a povinnosti mezi Apartmány Florián a Hostem. Smluvní vztah mezi Apartmány Florián a Hostem se řídí příslušnou smlouvou o ubytování a těmito VOP. Není-li některé ustanovení výslovně upraveno, postupuje se dle příslušných ustanovení občanského zákoníku.
Před ustanoveními těchto VOP mají přednost ujednání obsažená ve smlouvě o ubytování, resp. písemném potvrzení rezervace Apartmánů Florián a/nebo jejich přílohách. Apartmány Florián si přitom vyhrazují právo uvést ve svých nabídkách a/nebo reklamních materiálech i jiné podmínky, které mají přednost před těmito VOP.
REZERVACE UBYTOVÁNÍ A SLUŽEB:
Údaje obsažené v nabídce ubytování v Apartmánech Florián mají pouze informativní charakter. Nabídka je platná po dobu a za podmínek v ní uvedených, přičemž Apartmány Florián si vyhrazují právo jednostranně měnit či upřesňovat konkrétní podmínky dané nabídky před uzavřením smlouvy o ubytování.
Rezervace ubytování a dalších služeb v Apartmánech Florián a potvrzení této rezervace ze strany Apartmánů Florián je možné prostřednictvím on-line rezervačního systému na webových stránkách www.apartmany-florian.cz a prostřednictvím portálů Booking.com a AmazingPlaces.cz.
Rezervace se považuje za platnou a závaznou v případě, že Host obdrží automatické emailové potvrzení generované příslušným online rezervačním systémem nebo Apartmány Florián potvrdí Hostu provedenou rezervaci emailem (dále jen „potvrzení rezervace“) a dále Host zaplatí zálohu na cenu za ubytování ve výši alespoň 50% z ceny ubytování.
Potvrzením rezervace se rozumí, že se Host seznámil s těmito VOP, přičemž s nimi souhlasí a uznává je jako podmínky a nedílnou součást smlouvy o ubytování.
Potvrzení rezervace ze strany Apartmánů Florián bude obsahovat závaznou kalkulaci ceny ubytování a služeb, platební podmínky a pokyny k úhradě, termín příjezdu, termín odjezdu, počet nocí, počet ubytovaných osob, vyčíslení případných slev a pokyny k platbě celkové ceny.
Rezervace prostřednictvím on-line rezervačního systému na webových stránkách www.apartmany-forian.cz je dokončena (závazná) uhrazením zálohy ve výši 50% z objednaného ubytování. Ubytování je možné uhradit v CZK, a to buď on-line zabezpečenou platbou přes platební bránu, nebo bankovním převodem s připsáním platby na účet Apartmánů Florián nejpozději do 3 dnů od provedení rezervace.
V případě, že Host svoji rezervaci nezruší nejpozději 30 dnů před začátkem pobytu nebo je rezervace provedena méně než 30 dnů před začátkem pobytu, je zaplacená záloha ve výši 50% z ceny ubytování vždy zálohou nevratnou.
V případě speciálních akcí, poukazů, balíčků, last minute a plateb FKSP mohou být pro rezervace stanoveny individuální podmínky.
V případě, že Host nesplní podmínky, které jsou uvedeny pod body 3, 4 a 6, Apartmány Florián nejsou zavázány ubytování ani služby poskytnout. Postup rezervace prostřednictvím portálů Booking.com a AmazingPlaces.cz se řídí pravidly těchto portálů.
Apartmány Florián si vyhrazují právo odmítnout objednávku (rezervaci) Hosta, a to i bez uvedení důvodu.
Údaje uvedené na potvrzení rezervace jsou závazné pro obě strany.
CENY, STORNOVACÍ A PLATEBNÍ PODMÍNKY:
Cena v CZK je uvedena celkem za ubytování a všechny objednané služby v rámci rezervace.
V ceně je zahrnuto DPH a místní poplatek dle Obecně závazné vyhlášky obce.
V případě, že při rezervaci Host nezaplatil celou cenu za ubytování a služby, je povinen cenu doplatit nejpozději 7 dní před termínem začátku pobytu. Apartmány Florian za tím účelem zašlou Hostovi nejpozději 10 dnů před začátkem pobytu e-mailem doplatkovou proforma fakturu na doplatek ceny ubytování a za objednané služby. Pokud Host celou cenu za ubytování a služby včas neuhradí, považuje se to za nesplnění podmínek rezervace a Apartmány Florian nejsou povinny ubytování a služby poskytnout. Uhrazená rezervační záloha v takovém případě propadá ve prospěch Apartmánů Florian.
Záloha za rezervaci se v období 30 a méně dnů před počátkem pobytu stává nevratnou, pokud Host předtím (dříve než 30 dnů před počátkem pobytu) svoji rezervaci nezrušil. Vrácení zálohy je možné pouze na účet, ze kterého byla platba přijata. V době 7 a méně dní před počátkem pobytu již nelze rezervaci zrušit za žádných podmínek a klient je povinen cenu za rezervovaný pobyt doplatit bez ohledu na to, že služby Apartmánů Florian využije či nikoliv.
Speciální akce, poukazy, balíčky, last minute a platby FKSP mohou mít stanoveny individuální podmínky.
Přesný způsob zrušení rezervace je daný rezervačním systémem, který byl pro rezervaci využit.
Nedodržení lhůty pro úhradu ceny nebo její části dle platebních podmínek VOP nebo smlouvy o ubytování zakládá oprávnění Apartmánů Florián odstoupit od smlouvy a Host je povinen uhradit ubytovateli náklady s tím spojené.
EVIDENCE
Vzhledem k absenci recepce je Host povinen vyplnit před pobytem formulář on-line evidence (check-in). Bez řádného vyplnění evidence není možné pobyt uskutečnit. Hostovi je při rezervaci a znovu před začátkem pobytu zaslána výzva k evidenci. Zaevidovat je nutné všechny osoby, vč. dětí, a to každou jednotlivě.
Host je povinen vyplnit údaje ve formuláři on-line evidence pravdivě.
OCHRANA OSOBNÍCH ÚDAJŮ A OSTATNÍ USTANOVENÍ
Zaškrtnutím pole „Souhlasím s rezervačními podmínkami a se zásadami zpracování osobních údajů“ v rezervačním formuláři umístěném na webové stránce Apartmánů Florián a jeho odesláním, nebo také uzavřením smlouvy o ubytování, Host potvrzuje, že veškeré osobní údaje uvedené v rezervačním formuláři (či jiném prokazatelném projevu jeho vůle obsahujícím požadované informace) jsou pravdivé a správné, že byl poučen o svých právech souvisejících se správou a zpracováním jeho osobních údajů, zejména o tom, že má práva dle §11,12,21 zák.č.101/2000 Sb., o ochraně osobních údajů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a že Host uděluje na základě předchozího poučení souhlas k následujícímu:
ke zpracování jeho osobních údajů ve smyslu Zákona o ochraně osobním údajů Apartmány Florián jako správcem, případně dalšími osobami, se kterými jako zpracovatelem Apartmány Florián uzavřou příslušnou smlouvu dle §6 Zákona o ochraně osobních údajů, včetně zpřístupnění a předání poskytnutých údajů těmto zpracovatelům a osobám dle §14 Zákona o ochraně osobních údajů spolupracujícím s Apartmány Florián na základě smlouvy, a to
v rozsahu údajů jeho jména, příjmení, adresy, čísla telefonu a e-mailové adresy jím uvedených v rezervačním formuláři (či jiném prokazatelném projevu jeho vůle obsahujícím tuto informaci) na dobu neurčitou, resp. do odvolání či odmítnutí jeho souhlasu, resp. vyslovení jeho nesouhlasu, s využíváním elektronického kontaktu, který uvedl v rezervačním formuláři, za účelem šíření obchodních sdělení ve smyslu Zákona o službách.Zaškrtnutím pole „Souhlasím s rezervačními podmínkami a se zásadami zpracování osobních údajů“ v rezervačním formuláři a jeho odesláním Host potvrzuje, že se seznámil s obsahem informací ke zpracování osobních údajů a s obchodními sděleními, které jsou k dispozici na webových stránkách Apartmánů Florián a byl tak ve smyslu Zákona o ochraně osobních údajů poučen o svých právech souvisejících se správou a zpracováním jeho osobních údajů.
Zaškrtnutím pole „Souhlasím s rezervačními podmínkami a se zásadami zpracování osobních údajů“ v rezervačním formuláři a jeho odesláním Host potvrzuje, že se seznámil s obsahem informací ke zpracování osobních údajů a s obchodními sděleními, které jsou k dispozici na webových stránkách Apartmánů Florián a byl tak ve smyslu Zákona o ochraně osobních údajů poučen o svých právech souvisejících se správou a zpracováním jeho osobních údajů.
Apartmány Florián, jako správce kamerového systému, informuje tímto Hosta a všechny dotčené osoby, které do objektu Apartmánů Florián vstupují příležitostně, o skutečnosti, že objekt je monitorován. Informace o umístění kamerového systému je písemná a je umístěna na viditelném místě před vstupem do objektu či prostoru, který je monitorován. Apartmány Florián tímto informují Hosta a dotčené osoby, že účelem monitorování kamerovým systémem je ochrana majetku a bezpečnosti osob Hostů i zaměstnanců i osob, které do objektu vstupují příležitostně. Kamerový záznam správce uchovává po dobu maximálně třiceti dnů ode dne pořízení.
Host, jakož i jeho případné návštěvy berou na vědomí, že vnější prostory areálu, kolárna/lyžárna a podzemní garáže se sklípky jsou monitorovány kamerovým systémem se záznamem pro účely zajištění řádného provozu a chodu ubytovacích služeb, pro zajištění ochrany majetku a bezpečnosti Hostů během jejich pobytu, případně pro potřeby Policie ČR, hlášení škodných událostí, pojišťovny apod.
Tyto VOP nabývají účinnosti dne 5.prosince 2025 a Apartmány Florián si vyhrazují právo jejich změn.
General Terms and Conditions
PARTIES TO THE CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP
The company „Apartmány Florian“ s.r.o., U Trezorky 921/2, Jinonice, 158 00 Prague 5, a company registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file No.: C 97919, is the operator of „Apartmány Florian“ (hereinafter referred to as "Apartmany Florian").
The Customer - a natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the "Guest").
CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to the procedure for concluding an accommodation contract and regulate the general rights and obligations between „Apartmány Florian“ and the Guest. The contractual relationship between „Apartmány Florian“ and the Guest is governed by the respective accommodation contract and these GTC. If any provision is not expressly regulated, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
Agreements contained in the accommodation contract or written reservation confirmation from „Apartmány Florian“ and/or its attachments have priority over the provisions of these GTC. „Apartmány Florian“ reserve the right to include in their offers and/or promotional materials other conditions that take precedence over these GTC.
RESERVATION OF ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICES:
The information contained in the accommodation offer in „Apartmány Florian“ is for informational purposes only. The offer is valid for the period and under the conditions specified therein, with „Apartmány Florian“ reserving the right to unilaterally change or specify the specific conditions of the offer before concluding the accommodation contract.
The reservation of accommodation and other services in „Apartmány Florian“ and the confirmation of this reservation by „Apartmány Florian“ can be made through the online reservation system on the website www.apartmany-florian.cz/en or, via the Booking.com portal.
The reservation is considered valid and binding if the Guest receives an automatic email confirmation generated by the relevant online reservation system or Apartmány Florián confirms the reservation to the Guest by email (hereinafter referred to as "reservation confirmation") and the Guest pays a deposit for the accommodation in the amount of at least 50% of the accommodation price.
Confirmation of the reservation means that the Guest has read these GTC, agrees with them, and acknowledges them as the terms and conditions and an integral part of the accommodation contract.
The booking confirmation from Apartmány Florián will contain a binding calculation of the price of accommodation and services, payment terms and instructions for payment, arrival date, departure date, number of nights, number of guests, calculation of any discounts, and instructions for payment of the total price. A refundable reservation is completed by paying a deposit equal to 50% of the booked accommodation. The accommodation can be paid in CZK either by online secure payment via the payment gateway or no later than 3 days by crediting the payment to the account of „Apartmány Florian“.
Reservations made through the online reservation system on the website www.apartmany forian.cz/en are completed (binding) upon payment of a deposit of 50% of the price of the accommodation ordered. Accommodation can be paid for in CZK, either online via a secure payment gateway or by bank transfer to the account of Apartmány Florián no later than 3 days after making the reservation.
If the Guest does not cancel their reservation no later than 30 days before the start of their stay, or if the reservation is made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the deposit of 50% of the accommodation price is always non-refundable.If the Guest does not meet the conditions specified under points 3, 4, or 5, „Apartmány Florian“ are not obliged to provide accommodation or services.
In the case of special events, vouchers, packages, and last-minute deals, individual conditions may be set for reservations.
If the Guest does not meet the conditions listed in points 3, 4, and 6, Apartmány Florián is not obliged to provide accommodation or services. The reservation process through the Booking.com portal is governed by the rules of this portal.
Apartmány Florián reserves the right to refuse a Guest's order (reservation) without giving a reason.
The information stated on the reservation confirmation is binding for both parties.
PRICES, CANCELLATION, AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
The price in CZK is stated in total for accommodation and all ordered services within the reservation.
The price includes VAT and a local tax according to the Ordinance of the municipality.
If the Guest has not paid the full price for accommodation and services at the time of booking, they are obliged to pay the balance no later than 7 days before the start of their stay. For this purpose, Apartmány Florian will send the Guest a pro forma invoice for the balance of the price of accommodation and services ordered by email no later than 10 days before the start of their stay. If the Guest does not pay the full price for accommodation and services on time, this is considered a failure to meet the terms of the reservation and Apartmány Florian is not obliged to provide accommodation and services. In such a case, the paid reservation deposit is forfeited in favor of Apartmány Florian.
The reservation deposit becomes non-refundable within 30 days or less before the start of the stay, unless the Guest has canceled their reservation earlier (more than 30 days before the start of the stay). The deposit can only be refunded to the account from which the payment was received. Within 7 days or less before the start of the stay, the reservation cannot be canceled under any circumstances and the client is obliged to pay the price for the reserved stay regardless of whether they use the services of Florian Apartments or not. Special offers, vouchers, packages, and last-minute deals may have individual conditions.Special offers, packages, last-minute deals, and FKSP payments may have individual conditions established.

The exact method of canceling a reservation is determined by the reservation system used to make the reservation.
Failure to meet the deadline for payment of the price or part thereof in accordance with the payment terms of the GTC or the accommodation contract entitles Apartmány Florian to withdraw from the contract, and the Guest is obliged to pay the accommodation provider the costs associated with this.
RECORD KEEPING
Due to the absence of a reception desk, the Guest is required to fill out an online registration form (check-in) prior to their stay. Without proper registration, it is not possible to stay at the property. The Guest will be sent a registration request upon booking and again before the start of their stay. All persons, including children, must be registered individually.
The Guest is required to fill out the online registration form truthfully.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER PROVISIONS
By checking the box "I agree to the reservation terms and conditions and the principles of personal data processing" in the reservation form placed on the website of „Apartmány Florian“ and its submission, or by concluding an accommodation contract, the Guest confirms that all personal data provided in the reservation form (or other demonstrable expression of his will containing the required information) are true and correct, that he has been informed of his rights related to the management and processing of his personal data, especially that he has rights under §11,12,21 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on Personal Data Protection, as amended, and that the Guest gives consent based on prior information to the following:
processing of his personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act by „Apartmány Florian“ as the controller, or by other persons with whom „Apartmány Florian“ conclude a relevant contract under §6 of the Personal Data Protection Act, including the provision and transfer of provided data to these processors and persons under §14 of the Personal Data Protection Act cooperating with „Apartmány Florian“ based on a contract, namely
in the scope of his name, surname, address, telephone number, and email address provided by him in the reservation form (or other demonstrable expression of his will containing this information) for an indefinite period, or until revocation or refusal of his consent, or expression of his disagreement, with the use of the electronic contact he provided in the reservation form, for the purpose of disseminating commercial communications within the meaning of the Act on Services.
By checking the box "I agree to the reservation terms and conditions and the principles of personal data processing" in the reservation form and submitting it, the Guest confirms that he has read the content of the information on the processing of personal data and on commercial communications available on the website of „Apartmány Florian“ and has been informed of his rights related to the management and processing of his personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
„Apartmány Florian“ , as the administrator of the camera system, hereby inform the Guest and all affected persons who occasionally enter the premises of „Apartmány Florian“ , that the premises are monitored. Information about the location of the camera system is in writing and is placed in a visible place before entering the premises or the area that is monitored. „Apartmány Florian“ hereby inform the Guest and affected persons that the purpose of monitoring by the camera system is to protect property and the safety of guests and employees, as well as individuals who occasionally enter the premises. The administrator retains the camera recording for a maximum of thirty days from the date of recording.
The Guest, as well as his potential visitors, acknowledge that the exterior areas of the premises, the bicycle/ski storage room, and the underground garages with cellars are monitored by a camera system with recording for the purpose of ensuring the proper operation and functioning of the accommodation services, ensuring the protection of property and the safety of Guests during their stay, or for the needs of the Police of the Czech Republic, reporting of harmful events, insurance, etc.
These Terms and Conditions come into effect on December 5, 2025, and Apartmány Florián reserves the right to change them.
Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)
PARTEIEN DES VERTRAGSVERHÄLTNISSES
Die Firma Apartmány Florian s.r.o., U Trezorky 921/2, Jinonice, 158 00 Prag 5, eingetragen im Handelsregister des Stadtgerichtes Prag unter der Nummer C 97919, ist der Betreiber der „Apartmány Florian“ (im Folgenden „Apartmány Florian" genannt).
Kunde - natürliche oder juristische Person (im Folgenden "Gast" genannt).
VERTRAGSVERHÄLTNIS
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (im Folgenden "AGB") gelten für das Verfahren zum Abschluss des Beherbergungsvertrages und regeln die allgemeinen Rechte und Pflichten zwischen den „Apartmány Florian“ und dem Gast. Das Vertragsverhältnis zwischen den „Apartmány Florian“ und dem Gast wird durch den jeweiligen Beherbergungsvertrag und diese AGB geregelt. Ist eine Bestimmung nicht ausdrücklich vorgesehen, so gelten die einschlägigen Bestimmungen des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuches.
Die Bestimmungen des Beherbergungsvertrages bzw. der schriftlichen Reservierungsbestätigung der „Apartmány Florian“ bzw. deren Beilagen gehen den Bestimmungen dieser AGB vor. „Apartmány Florian“ behält sich das Recht vor, in seinen Angeboten und/oder Werbematerialien andere Bedingungen aufzunehmen, die den vorliegenden AGB vorgehen.
RESERVIERUNG VON UNTERKÜNFTEN UND DIENSTLEISTUNGEN
Die im Unterkunftsangebot von „Apartmány Florian“enthaltenen Informationen dienen ausschließlich zu Informationszwecken. Das Angebot gilt für den darin angegebenen Zeitraum und zu den darin angegebenen Bedingungen, wobei sich „Apartmány Florian“ das Recht vorbehält, vor Abschluss des Beherbergungsvertrages die konkreten Bedingungen des Angebotes einseitig zu ändern oder zu präzisieren.
Die Reservierung von Unterkünften und sonstigen Leistungen in den „Apartmány Florian“ und die Bestätigung dieser Reservierung durch die „Apartmány Florian“ kann über das Online-Buchungssystem www.apartmany-florian.cz/de oder Booking.com erfolgen.
Die Reservierung gilt als gültig und verbindlich, wenn der Gast eine automatische E-Mail-Bestätigung erhält, die vom entsprechenden Online-Reservierungssystem generiert wurde, oder wenn Apartmány Florián dem Gast die Reservierung per E-Mail bestätigt (im Folgenden „Reservierungsbestätigung“), und wenn der Gast eine Anzahlung in Höhe von mindestens 50 % des Unterkunftspreises leistet.
Mit der Bestätigung der Reservierung erklärt der Gast, dass er diese AGB gelesen hat, ihnen zustimmt und sie als Bedingungen und integralen Bestandteil des Beherbergungsvertrags anerkennt.
Die Buchungsbestätigung seitens der Apartments Florián enthält eine verbindliche Berechnung des Preises für die Unterkunft und die Dienstleistungen, die Zahlungsbedingungen und Zahlungsanweisungen, das Anreisedatum, das Abreisedatum, die Anzahl der Übernachtungen, die Anzahl der untergebrachten Personen, die Berechnung etwaiger Rabatte und Anweisungen zur Zahlung des Gesamtpreises.
Die Reservierung über das Online-Reservierungssystem auf der Website www.apartmany forian.cz/de ist mit der Zahlung einer Anzahlung in Höhe von 50 % des gebuchten Unterkunftspreises abgeschlossen (verbindlich). Die Unterkunft kann in CZK bezahlt werden, entweder online per sicherer Zahlung über das Zahlungsportal oder per Banküberweisung, wobei die Zahlung spätestens 3 Tage nach der Buchung auf dem Konto von Apartmány Florián eingehen muss.
Wenn der Gast seine Reservierung nicht spätestens 30 Tage vor Beginn des Aufenthalts storniert oder die Reservierung weniger als 30 Tage vor Beginn des Aufenthalts vorgenommen wird, ist die geleistete Anzahlung in Höhe von 50 % des Übernachtungspreises in jedem Fall nicht rückerstattungsfähig.
Bei Sonderaktionen, Gutscheinen, Pauschalangeboten, Last-Minute-Angeboten können für Reservierungen individuelle Bedingungen festgelegt werden.
9. Wenn der Gast die unter den Punkten 3, 4 und 6 genannten Bedingungen nicht erfüllt, sind die Apartments Florián nicht verpflichtet, die Unterkunft oder Dienstleistungen bereitzustellen. Der Buchungsvorgang über das Portal Booking.com unterliegt den Regeln dieses Portals.
Die Apartments Florián behalten sich das Recht vor, die Bestellung (Reservierung) eines Gastes auch ohne Angabe von Gründen abzulehnen.
Die Angaben auf der Buchungsbestätigung sind für beide Seiten verbindlich.
PREISE, STORNIERUNG UND ZAHLUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Der Preis in CZK ist der Gesamtpreis für die Unterkunft und alle in der Reservierung gebuchten Dienstleistungen.
Der Preis enthält die Mehrwertsteuer und die örtliche Steuer gemäß der Gemeindeverordnung.
Wenn der Gast bei der Buchung nicht den gesamten Preis für die Unterkunft und die Dienstleistungen bezahlt hat, ist er verpflichtet, den Restbetrag spätestens 7 Tage vor Beginn des Aufenthalts zu begleichen. Zu diesem Zweck sendet Apartmány Florian dem Gast spätestens 10 Tage vor Beginn des Aufenthalts per E-Mail eine Proforma-Rechnung über den Restbetrag für die Unterkunft und diegebuchten Dienstleistungen. Wenn der Gast den gesamten Preis für die Unterkunft und die Dienstleistungen nicht rechtzeitig bezahlt, gilt dies als Nichteinhaltung der Buchungsbedingungen und Apartmány Florian ist nicht verpflichtet, die Unterkunft und die Dienstleistungen bereitzustellen. Die geleistete Anzahlung verfällt in diesem Fall zugunsten von Apartmány Florian.
Die Anzahlung für die Reservierung wird 30 Tage oder weniger vor Beginn des Aufenthalts unverfallbar, wenn der Gast seine Reservierung nicht zuvor (früher als 30 Tage vor Beginn des Aufenthalts) storniert hat. Die Rückerstattung der Anzahlung ist nur auf das Konto möglich, von dem die Zahlung eingegangen ist. Innerhalb von 7 Tagen oder weniger vor Beginn des Aufenthalts kann die Reservierung unter keinen Umständen mehr storniert werden, und der Kunde ist verpflichtet, den Preis für den reservierten Aufenthalt zu zahlen, unabhängig davon, ob er die Dienstleistungen von Apartmány Florian in Anspruch nimmt oder nicht.
Für Sonderaktionen, Gutscheine, Pauschalangebote und Last-Minute-Angebote können individuelle Bedingungen gelten.
Die genaue Vorgehensweise bei der Stornierung einer Buchung richtet sich nach dem für die Buchung verwendeten Reservierungssystem.
Die Nichteinhaltung der Frist für die Zahlung des Preises oder eines Teils davon gemäß den Zahlungsbedingungen der AGB oder des Beherbergungsvertrags berechtigt Apartmány Florián zum Rücktritt vom Vertrag, und der Gast ist verpflichtet, dem Beherberger die damit verbundenen Kosten zu erstatten.
GÄSTEREGISTRIERUNG
Da es keine Rezeption gibt, ist der Gast verpflichtet, vor seinem Aufenthalt das Online-Anmeldeformular (Check-in) auszufüllen. Ohne ordnungsgemäß ausgefüllte Anmeldung ist ein Aufenthalt nicht möglich. Der Gast erhält bei der Buchung und erneut vor Beginn seines Aufenthalts eine Aufforderung zur Anmeldung. Es müssen alle Personen, einschließlich Kinder, einzeln angemeldet werden.
Der Gast ist verpflichtet, die Angaben im Online-Formular wahrheitsgemäß auszufüllen.
DATENSCHUTZ UND SONSTIGE BESTIMMUNGEN
Durch Ankreuzen des Kästchens "Ich stimme den Buchungsbedingungen und den Grundsätzen der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten zu" im Buchungsformular auf der Website der „Apartmány Florian“ und durch dessen Absenden bzw. durch den Abschluss des Beherbergungsvertrages bestätigt der Gast, dass alle im Buchungsformular (oder einer anderen nachweisbaren Willensbekundung, die die geforderten Angaben enthält) angegebenen personenbezogenen Daten wahr und richtig sind, dass er über seine Rechte im Zusammenhang mit der Verwaltung und Verarbeitung seiner personenbezogenen Daten informiert wurde, insbesondere darüber, dass er Rechte gemäß §11,12,21 des Gesetzes über die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten hat. č.101 /2000 Slg. über den Schutz personenbezogener Daten in der geänderten Fassung hat, und dass der Gast auf der Grundlage der vorangegangenen Belehrung seine Zustimmung zu Folgendem erteilt:
in die Verarbeitung seiner personenbezogenen Daten im Sinne des Datenschutzgesetzes durch das „Apartmány Florian“ als Inhaber der Datenverarbeitung oder durch andere Personen, mit denen das „Apartmány Florian“ als Verarbeiter einen entsprechenden Vertrag gemäß §6 des Datenschutzgesetzes abschließt, einschließlich der Offenlegung und Übermittlung der Daten an diese Verarbeiter und Personen gemäß §14 des Datenschutzgesetzes, die mit dem „Apartmány Florian“ auf der Grundlage des Vertrages zusammenarbeiten, und zwar
im Umfang der von ihm im Buchungsformular (oder einer anderen nachweisbaren Willensbekundung, die diese Angaben enthält) angegebenen Daten seines Vor- und Zunamens, seiner Anschrift, seiner Telefonnummer und seiner E-Mail-Adresse auf unbestimmte Zeit oder bis zum Widerruf oder zur Verweigerung seiner Zustimmung oder seines Widerspruchs zur Nutzung der im Buchungsformular angegebenen elektronischen Kontaktaufnahme zum Zwecke der Verbreitung kommerzieller Mitteilungen im Sinne des Dienstleistungsgesetzes
Mit dem Ankreuzen des Kästchens "Ich stimme den Buchungsbedingungen und der Politik der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten zu" im Buchungsformular und dem Absenden desselben bestätigt der Gast, dass er die Informationen über die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten und die kommerziellen Mitteilungen, die auf der Website der „Apartmány Florian“ zur Verfügung stehen, gelesen hat und über seine Rechte gemäß dem Gesetz zum Schutz personenbezogener Daten in Bezug auf die Verwaltung und Verarbeitung seiner personenbezogenen Daten informiert wurde.
Die „Apartmány Florian“, als Verwalter der Videoüberwachungsanlage, informiert den Gast und alle betroffenen Personen, die die Räumlichkeiten der „Apartmány Florian“ gelegentlich betreten, über die Tatsache, dass die Räumlichkeiten überwacht werden. Die Information über den Standort der Videoüberwachungsanlage erfolgt schriftlich und wird vor dem Betreten des zu überwachenden Gebäudes bzw. Bereiches an gut sichtbarer Stelle angebracht. „Apartmány Florian“ weist den Gast und die betroffenen Personen darauf hin, dass der Zweck der Videoüberwachung darin besteht, das Eigentum und die Sicherheit der Gäste, Angestellten und Personen, die die Räumlichkeiten gelegentlich betreten, zu schützen. Der Verwalter bewahrt das Bildmaterial der Kamera für maximal dreißig Tage ab dem Zeitpunkt der Aufnahme auf.
Der Gast und seine Besucher nehmen zur Kenntnis, dass die Außenbereiche des Objektes, das Ringlokschuppen/Lager und die Tiefgarage mit Kellerräumen durch ein Kamerasystem mit Aufzeichnung zum Zwecke der Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Betriebes und des Ablaufes der Beherbergungsleistungen, zum Schutz des Eigentums und der Sicherheit der Gäste während ihres Aufenthaltes oder für die Bedürfnisse der Polizei der Tschechischen Republik, der Meldung von Schadensfällen, der Versicherungsgesellschaften usw. überwacht werden.
Diese AGB treten am 5. Dezember 2025 in Kraft und Apartmány Florián behält sich das Recht vor, sie zu ändern.
